your perceived waist, perceived shoulder, and perceived hip produce pretty unremarkable ratios. in fact your pants being oversized is producing extra bag at the hip making your shoulders look even narrower. a slightly more fitted (slim straight or a tighter hip bootcut) jean would improve aesthetics.

none of this addresses the real issue which is that youre just severely underweight. you need to bulk. your v taper will improve drastically. you have a narrow waist as is so i dont know why youre opposed to gaining.
