i boughted a milsurp parka and there's this weird shit inside the pocket. it's pointy and rough and kinda sandy

the closest thing i could think of is... wood chips? dried up rice? idk

kinda uncomfy when i put me hands in the pocket any clue on what this is? how do i remove it?
