Militaria style jackets will always be in style. They inserted themselves into general counterculture fashion many decades ago, so you will always be able to throw on an M65, MA-1, or N-1 and generally be able to coordinate a good fit. Choose:
>M65 for punk/hippie oriented fits
>MA-1 for good cropped silhouette
>N-1 for warmth. Pairs perfectly with literally any casual fit incorporating jeans

modern clothing is so fucking terrible loads of people are looking for other options. even normies are waking up and wanting 100% and higher quality
going back to milsurp, clothing designed to durable and hardwearing is the obvious choice

No this is terrible advice. Just look at any of the shrimp dicked gooks trying to pull these off. You need to be a tall and fit white guy with a handsome face and approachable demeanor to pull off milsurp. Otherwise you will look like an absolute joke larper per the japs, or like a school shooter/stolen Valor as an ugly white guy.

I am a 6'1" white dude and I unironically think that pipsqueak japs can 100% rock the vintage military jackets. They focus a lot on wide, draped silhouettes which work really well for their proportions. If you are already unattractive, you will never get pussy. That said, you can still be unattractive and coordinate a pretty solid fit regardless of what type of fashion you're shooting for. I think if you don't want to look like an absolute school shooter schizo while wearing an M65, you ought to keep yourself relatively groomed and stay in shape. I will say though, the M65 has the most negative connotation and it will be pretty hard for you to not pidgeonhole yourself into something you aren't trying to go for
