I was thinking about getting my animu waifu (Aqua) a pendant with moissanite, because it's more brilliant and fiery than lab diamonds (so will sparkle more when she casts spells), and cheaper (so no white elephant effect, no biggie if it gets lost). But I'm not sure on this, as moissanite is some outer space alien anomaly crystal type of shit, it's not native to Earth or our solar system. Is this a xenophobic approach?

Also I'm not sure what size to buy, since the synthetic crystals are cheap. Part of me wants to buy her a fuck off 10 ct crystal, but it would probably look tacky and weird. What ct size would be the sweet spot between large enough to sparkle full retard, and too large and weird tacky looking? Round / oval cuts were the only considerations so far.
