I'm proud of myself for not doomering over the obstacles in the way, because they're a natural barrier to filter those who make it and those who don't. I did lateral raises and spammed push ups and pull ups at home to compensate. 2 months ago my doomer perfectionist mind would have convinced me to get mad about all of this but I'm glad that this will not impact my overall fitness journey.

I thought of picrel to keep me going (I'm a dyel newbie)

I was like 40lbs down once after a bastard of a stomach virus, had to go easy for a little bit but it came back
