No, not really. Your body needs energy to burn calories to begin with, so low carb meals like meat are required. Otherwise you'll just end up skinny fat because your body would rather keep all the fat inside of you than waste energy burning it.

Pro tip: Exercise won't make you lose weight. The only thing that makes you lose weight is eating a calorie deficit.
Exercise can help by burning off a few extra calories, but it's not as many as you think. If you want to lose weight at the gas station, just have a very low calorie lunch. Low calorie, high protein is what you want.
But as for exercise, buy a kettlebell and keep it behind the counter. When nobody's around, pick it up and do some swings/snatches/presses/etc. Kettlebell is perfect for small-space, high calorie burn exercise.

Anyway burning calories in such a tiny space is hard, looks like there's maybe just enough room for stuff like push ups and mountain climbers.
I get wanting to optimize but aren't you better off exercising before/after your shift?

For starters you're Indian so my condolences to you for that. Secondly, consume your calories at work by bringing your own food and avoiding eating gas station trash food. And thirdly don't worry about working out just worry about staying beneath your caloric limit
