It probably would now if I left my room. Ironically it probably made it worse, but it was "/fit/" in the sense of going on a heavy bulk to acquire muscle. Unsurprisingly the huzz didn't care about muscle covered under blubber, kind of a fumble for my college self. Anyway I'm lean now and kept the muscle so it would probably maybe idunno

Maybe? It helped me be more self confident which helped mitigate my autism socially. I wouldn’t say it necessarily helped directly though, because women were still attracted to me before I lifted a lot. Of course some women do like muscle but others like skinny guys so it sort of balances out in a purely aesthetic regard. Now, if you’re fat or pudgy then it probably does help, as few women actually prefer that.

Honestly, I went to the gym and saw this massive big fat sack piece of shit with huge hips struggling to dumbbell row 15kg, and I thank g-d that I'm skinny and lean, because that way I just need to add muscle mass

Yes. I was embarrassingly fat and not particularly muscular, poor cardio, and very self conscious and not confident. I used to lament meeting cute girls because I knew they wouldn't be interested in me, and was uncomfortable in "going out" clothes I wore because I knew I didn't look good.
Now I get mired all the time and I love meeting women - which is now exciting because I know they find me attractive. So much better than feeling disqualified from the start

when i was at college, i was running , doing sports , weight lifting and I was getting so much pussy it was unbelievable. When I graduated, got a job, I kept fit but dropped most of the sports, I still had pretty big muscles and I never had a single problem attracting women in bars and clubs (this was before tinder etc) but I never managed to get any long term gf or anything other than quick fucks. Then in my late 30s (i'm 38 now) I gave up on the regular weight lifting and bulking and cutting shit, and im not as big as I used to be, and I'm finding it less easy to get women, but when I do, those relationships last a lot longer. So in my experience, muscles / being fit gets you a quick fuck. Not a relationship. YMMV. I guess if all you have to attract women with is your bicep size or something you're not going to attract long term compatible partners. It depends what you're looking for if thats OK or not.
