Me neither. Once again I caught something and I'm shitting my gains away. I love being a dad, but I've lost most of my gains these past 3 years because I get sick like 4-5x a year. I was warned about this beforehand, but still it's way worse than I thought.

Once again I lifted weights, ran for 10 minutes and walked 15k steps on a 2k calorie budget.
