i usually just have a protein shake, vanilla flavor mixed with whole choccy milk because i'm a manchild, immediately post-workout. might have a tin of deenz after that. if i have a protein-heavy meal on hand (like leftovers) then i may have that instead of the shake, and on occasion i'll make myself something quick like a taco bowl with a half pound of ground beef. i will try to get a carb source in before bed and drink at least 20 oz water too.

6 tbsp oats
1.5 tbsp olive oil
400 ml oat milk
1 medium banana
2 tbsp flax seeds
5g creatine
That bulking shake has been doing me good for muscle and lowering my LDL cholesterol. Add extra peanut butter for more calories if needed.
