I just choose something to do every day and hit a daily max for what ever it is.

I found out my one rep max for deadlift then told an AI to make me a workout to move up and it gave me a manageable 3 sets of 5 at a lower weight, all the same working weight every set. It was 3 weeks at different weights. Does that sound like a reasonable routine? I was just winging deadlifts before that. Deadlift volume so far has been way higher than 15 reps a workout.
