As a former fattie who cut down to ~11% bodyfat, how do I get over my fears and lean bulk?

same issue. im 6', used to be 175 lbs, dropped down to 94 lbs. now am at 110 lbs, terrified of even getting a bit chubby. gym 7 days a week, run like a fiend outdoors, too. sports, all that. but I can't seem to put on muscle. I start looking fat in my face and get a double chin even after eating fruit.

Measure your food, weight yourself daily, try to gain weight at a slow rate and accept that if you lost it once you can do it twice. Adjust your calories as you go, stay on the conservative end so you won't fret over random fluctuations and just keep at it.
Don't be like me, I spun my wheels for years gaining and losing the same couple of pounds and now that I have been going at it for 8 months I can see that I just lost time. Give yourself a goal or time frame for your bulk and just suck it up, you're gonna doubt yourself every step of the way but keep on your compromise and you're going to make it.

that time was only two years ago and was for a period of many years. sorry not sharing but I didn't look strange or anything. my arms were maybe looking a bit thin. desu I still felt fat and looked fat in the mirror somehow. I think I look better now and less fat, even though I weigh more.

Gotta eat big if you wanna leave humanity behind.
