Or should I shoot for at least 5 reps of 1/2/3/4?

For reps of your working sets so 3x5 for me. I have a ways to go on the 3/4 but 1/2 were easy for me. Everybody is different

But my working reps change, I flip from strength, hypertrophy, endurance.

So for bench, I do 5x5 for strength, 3x10 for hypertrophy, 2x16 for endurance.

I am shootint for 5 reps at 0.75/1/1.5/1.75 (multiples of bodyweight) and a non-overweight BMI, then maintaining forever. I will spend the extra time doing cardio and living.

That's intermediate for a filthy casual. A natural guy who knows what he's doing should aim for 2/3/4/5 unironically.
