I'm happy for you that you got it working, but I can no longer tolerate upscaling with SDXL. The VAE will fuck up fine details anyway, making the upscale partially pointless.

I think upscaling with ZIT/ZIB+tile controlnet, or FK, is a much better bet and would work on your VRAMlet build. or try a specialized upscaler model.

it's extremely fast, that image took 3 seconds on a 5060ti 16GB since it's only 4 steps, ZIT took 11 seconds for 9 steps. I haven't tried training loras, but I hear it's very good. ZIT is probably still the best for realistic 1girls though, especially if you like your girls asian.
