Guys i've just made an account on Upwork and getting my first client is way harder than i though it'd be. I can make really good YouTube Thumbnail, Book Covers, and other Graphic Design related stuff.
But selling it while competing with other freelancers on Upwork who have done way more jobs than me is really challenging.
Also on reddit with my (very first) new account i can't connect with other people to alteast promote my work.
Do you guys have any advice for me? I really need money, i've been unemployed for a year now.
I'll add some of my thumbnails here

First always make sure to use an online grammar tool like: https://quillbot.com/grammar-check
Also you sound desperate, you get hired by being confident, consistent, reliable and by helping others, joining communities and making connections, 4chan is the opposite of that.
Your thumbnails are too generic and outdated, just do what everyone else does and study/copy everything from these channels: MrBeast, Sidemen, RyanTrahan, Veritasium, Johnny Harris and MarkRober

Once you have better work, you need a strategy and start marketing yourself, since you probably are clueless about that, just copy what other are doing, here's a basic example of what you should have in different formats, short for social media and large for emails etc. example https://sharetext.io/9fd0b3c1
0- A professional selfie
1- A short sentence about you
2- Link to previous works with social proof of how you solved creative problems with the results
3- Your services or the packages you offer
4- Deliverables and timeline
5- Your email
Once you do all that, you can get the attention of people by posting content that engages them rather than begging for work, for example you can try making fan-art, educational content, telling a story, helpful or time-saving content, targeting a specific niche etc.
And since you said you need money you can combine content with affiliate marketing and other side hustles but you need a niche, for making money these are the best/popular ones: Fitness, Motivation, Finance, Relationships, Business
