Well if you kinda think about it, an ugly bastard is a combination of tags that appears often enough that we can always apply it to character without much conflict. So they're bald, fat, hairy, and somehow a sex god with their penis. Sometimes they're old and have "lame" glasses.

So, for me, looking for a girl that'd steal my semen while also being kinda undesirable to most people, I'd have tag search on gelbooru would have "plump" for extra meaty girl and then add the rest of the tags interchangeably like "glasses" and "pubic_hair" to filter out girls without a lot of "standard" girls since those associate with the neet girl aesthetic. The "fat" tag is closer to "SSBBW" than cute chunky girls, so I'd avoid that.
Kinda do something similar for hentai manga websites like exhentai and what not.
