It really comes down to perspective and image resolution when involving two characters of that different size if you don't want to rely on gacha solely. "high-angle view" or "from above" can help. Prompting something for the ground/base to angle. Things like "median furrow" should also help. For gobbos though, you should be able to just add something like "sharp toenails" and skip most autism prompting.

This happens when using "mask_mode" - whole, don't do that.

Make sure you're using the standard SDXL VAE, do not override it with bullshit and make sure your checkpoint didn't bake in a bullshit one.

If using your own gen, it can help to match the original sampler settings, cfg value and style prompt. If seams get worse as you push denoise higher, increase the "feather" setting, it goes up to 100. Neither of those should be needed normally.
