There is a reconstructionist temple in my city, a suburb of NYC with 60k people that has 5 separate jewish temples, each of separate denominations. (Orthodox, modern orthodox, reconstructionist, reform, and conservative)

I've been shabbat services at the reconstructionist temple a few times. The prayers are mostly in English but there was much more singing than I was expecting, and if you're attending one of their services you HAVE to sing. They don't like passivity, if you are there you must participate in the community.

Here is a short video from a reconstructionist rabbi that I think does a good job of explaining what they're about and how they view Judaism as cultural first, and the torah as the history of the Jewish people's relationship with and understanding of God, which is why it is acceptable to be a reconstructionist and not have faith
