thin lineart is pretty unforgiving because when two lines don't meet they look like they're not even close to meeting desu. you could color your sketches directly or do something lineless if you really want to dodge this isssue

for your hands: up the stabilizer in your program and get a big grippy like picrel.
for your art: grind gesture drawing and watch informative videos online if you cant afford a class. By informative videos i dont mean "HOW I LEARNED TO DRAW IN 2 DAYS SPONSORED BY NORDVPN!!" but like "composition101 lecture 1" or actual helpful shit. If I had to give some notes by your drawing, the folds in the clothes look random and dont make much sense and the shapes (like the skirt) are awkward. Go to /fig/, pick a site in the links, and do at least 6 a day.

Maybe using the stabilizer in the app you use already helps a lot. Keep drawing and trying to step out of your comfort zone; when you notice it, you’ll already be improving your drawing
