videogames stink, even the highly rated classics are deeply flawed. the people that praise them very likely played it when they were younger and easily impressed. there is little to no gain from vidya besides artistic inspiration and you can get that from the artbooks/concept art. just download those and try to copy some of your favorites in order to learn how they did it and then create your own beautiful art. there is a lot more merit sinking in hours into creating something than wasting it on poorly made blinking lights attractions. when ebert said vidya cant be art he is partly right. it can, but no one has done it yet or very few rather. tetris is a work of art.

Game fucking sucks but i cant stop, i did tonight and ill try to stop so i get out of those stupid habits, ive broken my drawing habits i had for like 8 months, so Ill build em back

There is no time in the day to draw

>1:00 doomscroll and think about all the problems in your life
>2:00 quick fap to improve your mood
>3:00 haven't had any fun today yet so play a game
>4:00 watch an interesting 30 minute youtube video or 20 minute anime
>5:00 socialize with online friends
>6:00 mom called to chat
>7:00 quick fap to improve mood
>8:00 make dinner and eat it
>9:00 too tired to do anything so aimlessly click around desktop
>10:00 sleep
and that's A FULL 15 HOURS WITH NO TRANSITION TIMES ACCOUNTED FOR
And I didn't even bring up family or girlfriends or real life friends which take up time as well, this is a neet's schedule.

I play videogames almost every other day but I still draw. Sometimes I'll stay up too late drawing. Then I pay for it the next day or not play a game. The problem now is that most games are extremely boring now and don't give me that flight or fight experience that I crave. Most new games are too easy.

we need a no draw general. This board has been around long enough that most of us are burnt out on drawing and dont like it anymore. I had such a wonderful day yoday not drawing, I could have drawn but I chose to enjoy the peace and quiet instead. No more stressing, no more searching for the right line, no more erasing what I just drew and wasting my time.
human beings were not meant to draw every day....its unnatural. I've drawn more than most people on this board so I deserve to be a no draw.
