It's hard to say much about a single page where all someone is doing is hanging around their door and checking the time.
That said, I agree with the anon above, your paneling leaves a lot to be desired. You're trying too hard to do something fresh and interesting with it, rather than making it as readable (the flow of one panel to the next) as possible. Also, you're panels are not sticking to any sort of grid, so the layout feels like it's sliding all over the place, and feels messy for what should be a fairly basic page.
Use a basic comic grid set up, and stick to that until you've got a greater handle of layouts and a readable flow.

Also, it's probably just a preference thing, but I dislike how the panels have no boarders around them. They're lightly coloured as is, and having no boarder just makes them melt into the page.

The art looks good though, and I can tell what's happening within each panel easily.
