Mate, it's not 1975; people expect better of Britain these days. That image alone makes me want to spew my scotch.

I don’t photograph my meals, but I cook a lot. I had to work last night, so I baked a focaccia for my family and served it with a couple of salads (a lentil salad with minced shallots and herbs, and one a sort of slaw), and some grilled asparagus and fish before I left. Quick to prepare and suitable for being left out to eat at room temperature later.

I also do a lot of curries and soups. Much of it is not particularly beautiful to look at, but it’s all tasty and most of it is quite healthy/nutritious, especially by Yank standards.

Yeah I always ignore the packaging instructions that basically demand twice as much water for the rice than it really needs
>>
>>218968538
>>218972278
>>218972351
Those are not raw, they are sold precooked in fact.
>>
>>218972617
>that basically demand twice as much water for the rice than it really needs
Correct, good thinking. I do the same. If I have 200 grams of rice I put about 300-320 ml of water. It depends on the rice, I buy a Turkish rice and that's the perfect ratio for a nice fluffy rice.

Most human cases of toxo are caused by uncooked meat or dirty water
