What do you think of this type of transportation?

This line was inaugurated this week, along with another that already exists. I think it's okay, it's a metro with less capacity, for lines that aren't going to expand much.

They planned a monorail for Recife in 2014 connecting the geraldão metro station to the Derby plaza and from there a lightrail line to the old town with a stop at the marco zero plaza and returning through the santo amaro cemetery, but neither were built

i have no idea, but i think preventing this is already planned in the project.
the line in that youtube video was inaugurated 12 years ago and never had this problem (i did a quick search).
