Might be the reason why they shoulder press more than you desu. Doing chest-tricep-shoulder will exhaust your triceps before you hit shoulders (shoulder press also uses triceps, not just front and side delts), meaning you will lift less. Generally leaving triceps for late is the best plan ig. It's not that complicated once you understand the systems.
There are two important things, base price and demand, demand modifies the price of goods.
You want to produce goods that have high base price and are on high demand.
Goods with high base price are generally obtained with RGOs, so you should focus on expanding RGOs of high base price goods, like gold, silver, pearls, amber, silk, etc.
Then for urban production it's also very easy, you can see an estimated of the profit a building would make, so you can first build high profit buildings.
And for many manufactured goods, you can increase the demand by creating buildings that need certain goods.
For example, at the beginning of the game you should build paper and books production buildings as well as libraries and chanceries, then what will happen is that you will spend money on building maintenance, but that money will buy to buy goods in your markets, then you will get some of that money taxed back and also be able to sell to estates in your country or to other countries.
Later as the game progresses you should build many armories to have an standing army, so that means you have to build weapons, firearms, leather, cloth and paper buildings, so those buildings create goods for your armories that you buy, while also providing for other buyers.
Once you have your initial economy around and build up the limit of armories in your country you can start bothering with other stuff like making food cheap, but that's not so important in my opinion to beat the AI.
Btw Georgia is crazy strong right now in EU V, it has good RGOs, at the very beginning dealing with the hordes to the south is hard because they have better armies, but once you can get a professional army you are fine, from then on you can scale better than any AI country.

Found a song (you wouldn't like it ig, it's kpoop) that I liked so much I had to also listen to it on my hd660s2. I usually only use my ATH M50x cuz it's closed-back so I don't hear background noise while waging like dadberg's political shows on the telly. As for the HD660s2 and my dragonfly, I keep them stashed next to my books when not in use fr fr.
