That leaves us with Love is Suffering and Virgotorn R-20 as retired players that need to be replaced. What suggestions do anons have to fill these vacant spots? Remember it has to be related to /jp/, non 2hu suggestions are preferred but not obligatory. If you suggest a 2hu please a suggest someone that isnt already in the team.

It's not like she made it in because of her results in the character poll (she ended up behind marisa, reimu, aya and yukari, with aya not being on the team), so her getting replaced felt like a decision the managers forced themselves to take for no actual reason.

I feel I need to shed some clarity on Okuu and the survey. The 2025 survey actually is what gave us Okuu and Sukuvan. At the moment (if I recall correctly) we had picked Okuu because she felt like an unexpected 2hu to show up that high and she deserved recognition. Once the 2026 survey was approaching, we had agreed to make the most voted 2hu in the survey to replace Okuu in order to reflect what the board is currently favoring. The 2hu in question also had to be one that had no representation in the team yet, so if Marisa, Reimu,Yukari, Mokou, Kaguya or Miyoi had won, they would have been skipped in favor for the one behind them but it turned out Yuuka to be the winner so that was not necessary, but back in 2025 it was necessary to skip Marisa, Reimu and Yukari because they were already playing and at the time we didnt think of using the absolute highest voted 2hu so Aya was skipped as well.
Fun fact: "Okuu Culture" as her name was an executive decision because I remembered years back an Okuu thread that started with "/jp/ - Okuu Culture" and I thought it was a far better name and very catchy.
