First thing is you obviously need something to put them in to try. I’d always just order the cheapest full-coverage bra in whatever size I wanted to try, but with the sizes you’re talking about, that probably wouldn’t be cheap or easy.
But just to get a visual anatomical baseline, you might want to try a DD/E or DDD/F bra to start with. You’ll be surprised just how stacked a full DDD looks when it’s actually on you and stretching your shirt out.

As for the DIY forms I’ve had luck with, they’re good for testing different looks/sizes around your house to get a feel for them, but they aren’t a substitute for proper forms.

Cheapest/easiest fillings I’ve used for size-testing that actually work are:
1. Thin nylon socks (or cut the bottoms off nylon hose) and fill with dry rice and tie like a balloon. Great for testing size because of how it molds between your body and the bra and has a bit of weight
2. Same as #1 but fill unlubricated condoms with water. This isn’t nearly as fragile as many would think, and imo the closest thing you can get to trying silicone forms in terms of weight/movement before investing the money. This can be especially ideal since some companies give the volume of their silicone forms in CC’s and so you can measure the same amount of water and get a great approximation.
