HF, CCC and FGO have the same message

>Killing Dark Saber means growing up
>MC convince Nurse Sakura to go with him in the real world.
>He get his real body back and Sakura, symbolic of having a "Yamato Nadeshiko" type, the "idealised Japanese woman." is next to him for whatever reason
>Say goodbye to your servant, symbolic of letting go to Otaku trends and becoming a real adult
>accept boring world, move on and become a salary man so you can be happy
>get nympho wife so you can improve Japanese birthrate
>Stop being a filthy otaku that uses media for escapism
>Nintendo? Sega? PS2? Grow up, otaku
>it's time for you to grow up, get a job and then a big titty wife and stop with all this escapism UBW nonsense
>just get a big titty gf and get a job. it's that easy
>Shirou was finally taking his own selfish needs seriously, which is what any healthy human being needs
>HF final ending where literally the theme of the story actually comes together, about how the grail war was mistaken from the start and they needed to just let go of it, with Ilya tying together her character arc from the entire game about also putting her hatred aside and making peace with her family, when the other ending doesn't address shit and leaves you on a shitty note
>Grail wars? Servants? Masters? It was always a mistake
>You are too old to connect to a good high school drama anime
>the Yen is now almost as weak as the Turkish Lira
>Grow up and live the lifestyle of company loyalty, working long hours, prioritizing work over personal life
>Work Hard. Pay Taxes.

Nasu kinda hates Otaku and wants them to stop watching anime and live their lives, every writer that likes Nasu ends up copying his ideals. Which results in "Escapism isn't healthy, you should work a menial job and shut the fuck up, you aren't a hero, being a salaryman is the real heroism buddy".

Kiritsugu was trying to tell Shirou that the real Seigi no Mikata are working Japanese salarymen

Yeah anon. I'm sure if you had an inversion impulse and all your "lusts" (Akiha's words) came out and starting sucking dicks and nibbling for some blood (like Akiha licking and sucking Kohaku's tits and preying on girls at night) - you'd be 100% heterosexual too.

Pardon my lack of a proper introduction, but today's sixth period class is a very important announcement for Tohno-kuns all over the country!
No doubt many Tohno-kuns are familiar with the thrilling taboo of women much stronger than them. I will teach you why this is not a bad thing. I think it's good to be prudent, but with your senpai in magic, it is imperative to let them help you in any way they can. Your needs are also their concern and should not be kept away from them.
The taboo that you should avoid are disease-ridden, infectious, and dangerous annoying people.
And one more thing. The idea there is danger of impregnation when with a Burial Agency member. Keep in mind this is not the case. There is no "danger" at all. Fertilization is guaranteed, and the sensation of doing so is unparalleled by any other human or especially any dirty vampire. The only risk is of addiction, but as Burial Agency women are so eager and dedicated as partners, developing an addiction to one is no different from ordinary prayer.
This concludes our sixth period lesson.
Please continue enjoying the main storyline.

>破裂する風船。初めから納まらないという約束。初めからあぶれだすという規則。初めから死ぬという契約。
>Burst balloon. Unfulfillable promise. Unprotectable law. Death contract.
>薔薇。薔薇。薔薇。薔薇。華美なるものにこそ太歳宿る。
>Rose. Rose. Rose. Rose. Your splendor will not last forever.
>風現羅刹、飢給の糧を喰む。
>The way to reach Lohan's temple, eat this bread.
Wow, the Tsukihime translation really wasn't very good.

google translate says
>A balloon bursting. A promise from the beginning that it would not be satisfied. The rule is that it starts to get messy from the beginning. A contract to die from the beginning.
>rose. rose. rose. rose. The great wisdom dwells in things that are gorgeous.
>Fugen Rakshasa eats the food of starvation.
Is this more accurate (albeit awkward)?
>>
>>50631353
>The balloon bursts. It was a given from the beginning that it would never fit into it. It was the rule from the beginning that it would overflow. Death was part of the contract from the beginning.
>Rose. Rose. Rose. Rose. It is precisely within splendorous things that the Tai Sui (astral gods) dwell.
>Airborne Rakshasa (demon that takes over the mind and body of people), devouring starvation itself as its nourishment.
The scene is meant to reflect Roa's subconscious thoughts as his mind is overwriting Shiki's, and contains metaphors and allusions to how his reincarnation powers work and what he wants (Arcueid being the "astral god" in question), but the translation loses a lot of the symbolism and makes up complete nonsense (who the fuck is Lohan?).

>>
>>50631306
its stream-of-consciousness nonsense. It doens't make sense in japanese either. More accurate translation would be more wordy, and the flow of single words/short phrases is more important in this situation.
>>
>>50631878
Japanese is better at stream of consciousness because you can convey a lot more nuance in less words and the language is much less strict on grammar and sentence structure. This makes it much easier to develop a good rhythm that flows smoothly. There's English literature out that deliberately writes in a stream of consciousness style (e.g. was popular in the early 20th century) and it's always painful and sucky to read. The similar in concept in Japanese, on the other hand, pretty much always works fine.

Shiki meets an analytical gunslinger mage girl named Sion who wants a cure for vampirism because a vampire named Wallachia who has turned his existence into a reoccuring phenomenon and has the power to turn the areas he's in into Smash Bros settings where everyone becomes a fighter and illusions of past villains for them to fight appear turned her into a vampire and killed her best friend (until that suddenly gets retconned in a later version to introduce her as a new character) along with the rest of her village turned her into a vampire.

Depending on how well you fight, you either stop Wallachia once and for all in the end by having Arcueid summon the red moon, stop Sion's fully vampirized berserk form, or go on a side quest where Kohaku has built a Kaiji-esque underground kingdom and a mecha version of Hisui, then turns Akiha into a giantess who's obnoxious as hell to fight. Oh, and Shiki's little sister from his adoptive family barges in with Chinese melee.

Then there are a million sequels that dripfeed tidbits of lore in their arcade mode campaigns, but the parts that stand out are that in one, Arcueid's succubus cat Len has an evil alter ego who wants to turn the world into a snowy dream world and turns out to be a lackey of Aoko who is the main villain, and in another, Sion despairs at the inevitable end of the world and turns into an Egyptian goddess wanting to turn all humans into text on obelisks that can't be destroyed even if the Earth is destroyed.

Also, it's a sequel to Kagetsu Tohya, which is a VN where Shiki gets into a coma and lives through a Groundhog Day loop where he meets (and fucks, if you so wish) Arcueid's succubus cat Len and is menaced by his evil alter ego and the man who killed his original family.

More on these? What about the other routes?

The Dreamcast died before Melty Blood got to consoles.

I was told by my friend that the Japanese don’t shave or even trim their pubic bush due to perceived whore signals. This has changed my entire perception of Japan.

The Sega Naomi versions of AC and AA are the closest we'll ever get.

Reminder that Bazett closed her eyes when Kuro kissed her, unlike the latter.

Realized Satsuki was missing something!
Wish I had more seed packets so I could grow proper tomatoes to dedicate to her.
And Arc's gonna be dressed like a slut for now because I can't find her skirt or leggings.

I started reading Stay Night a few days ago, and there's a thing that's still not clear to me. In the flashback where the 魔術師協会 is mentioned, Kiritsugu tells Shiro that he would rather see him become a 魔法使い, but what is the difference between the two? Is it only the fact that 魔術師 adhere to their organization's practices?
>>
hows the Strange Fake anime compare to the LN and manga so far?
>>

Kiritsugu using that term was always odd, since it means something completely different in the terminology of the Type Moon universe (someone who uses one of the few truly physically impossible forms of magic like time/dimensional travel as opposed to magecraft like elemental manipulation). I'm guessing the intent in his case is that he's using it in the way a regular person would use the word, though, as in telling Shirou to become someone who the even the average person who doesn't believe in magic would associate with wizardry, as opposed to falling into the rigid practices of magecraft.

Seems like it was this, though it skipped the actual process, and from my understanding, I don't think they considered it an actual kiss.

This seems to be the audio, but not the right video? Pic related was apparently a part of it. I also heard that it was a dream sequence or they were stopped before actually doing it, but I don't think that quite meshes, so I'm really not sure what's up. Unless there's a second one with a similar premise.
>>
>>50646108
I see... I was afraid of missing something since I'm not really familiar with Type-Moon terminology. I guess it's something similar to 宝具 and 貴い幻想(ノウブル ファンタズム)? The words basically mean the same, but the nuance is different.

Anyone knows why was Urobuchi credited in Fate?
>>
>>50646906
Credited? Wasn't he just a "special thanks" or something like that.
>>
>>50646909
Yeah, that's still credit.
>>
>>50646915
I dunno "credited" to me would imply that they did some actual work on the project. I wouldn't consider people that specifically get thanked because the creators appreciated their support or something as "credited". But I guess strictly speaking, the name is "in the credits". Whatever. As for your actual question, I assume they were just friends that worked in a similar field (Type-Moon and Nitroplus) so Nasu appreciated his support.
>>
>>50646906
Was it the original 2004 release or Realta Nua? By the time Realta Nua came out, Urobuchi was writing Fate/Zero. It could just be that Nasu knew him since before then, though, since they were in talks about having Urobuchi write a Kirei vs Kiritsugu short story since early on, which evolved into an entire series about the fourth war.
>>
>>50646923
I mean, it's different than giving special thanks to his wife or his parents or something similar, it's to another writer in the same field as him. I knew it's probably something minor, but I thought there might be a story behind it that I don't know about or something.

>>50646953
According to vndb it's in the original, and in hollow ataraxia too.
>>
>>50646871
Yeah, Fate will delve into the difference between 魔法 and 魔術 later on (although this doesn't help much with how Kiritsugu uses the word 魔法, as he seemingly uses it interchangeably as a layman's term). Regarding Noble Phantasms, this is more of a Nasu chuuni thing where he gives a term a relatively straightforward name in Japanese, then gives it an English reading that's much more indirect or even pure misleading Engrish for the sake of sounding cool.
>>
>>50646906
The original plan was to have Urobuchi write the 'interlude' parts of the game, i.e. the parts not from Shirou's perspective, but it didn't end up happening.
>>
>>50647245
>HF's Sakura/Kirei/etc scenes written by Urobuchi
Fucking kino idea.
>>
>>
>>50647038
Thank you for clarifying. My confusion stemmed from the fact that the first time Noble Phantasms are mentioned is when Rin tells Shiro they are the crystallization of the feelings of those who wished upon a miracle. I thought Noble Phantasm was a technical term related only to the "spiritual aspect" of their origin, while 宝具 was the general term.
