So the real question is if the cuprit is Seiga here. Satori was with her and was threatened as soon as she tried to read her mind. Then we get Yoshika out cold shortly after which was pretty suspect because she was the one who lead her to Seiga just moments ago. Only problem is there's no motive to go off here for Seiga as it seems whoever is behind it is trying to frame Mizuchi to get rid of her or it could be a sort of copycat. But she's also nowhere to be seen with her zombie knocked dead and Satori out cold. She's still the number 1 suspect here so I guess we just have to hope she turns up or Satori wakes back up to clear things up.

My schizo conspiracy theory is that Seiga was supposed to be in this scene.
Mamizou's always been known as a somewhat Myouren-aligned figure, so it doesn't really make sense to me for Ichirin to react so negatively to her showing up. Especially with the dialogue specifically making mention of the temple being a holy place, something that Seiga would probably scoff at.

So I actually have a theory now playing off my now disproven "Two spirits" theory that Alice was never knocked out by Mizuchi at all, she was knocked out by our new Criminal here and that potentially it could be a Makai demon

Basically CDS went like this
Mimi possesses Sakuya -> Patchouli -> Meiling -> gets strangled by Flan-chan so she TPs out of there which she apparently can do, I guess she slipped her fluid into Marisa's tea at some point -> Marisa -> Yuyuko -> definitely Yukari whom she hangs onto for a while -> definitely 100% Kaguya next
As you can see at no point in the chain does it make sense for Alice to have been possessed
You could argue maybe Mizuchi slipped her fluids into Alice's drinks at some point and that's how she hopped out of Meiling mid strangle and then possessed Marisa afterwards but then how did Alice remain in a coma when Yuyuko woke up later AFTER being possessed more recently?

and you can't tell me Yukari possessed Alice since Marisa says Yukari (under possession by Mizuchi) is the one to tell Marisa about Alice being knocked out and she definitely is under possession for the bulk of that arc since she later pulls off that sorting algorithm scam before finally being depossessed and immediately going to Reimu to inform her about it
So you mean to tell me SOMEHOW Mizuchi went from Yuyuko to Alice the shut-in who'd have no reason to go to the Netherworld or for Mizuchi to go out of her way for (since Alice literally had nothing to do with the PCB incident, like just cause she showed up for Touhou 7 doesn't mean Mimi should associate her with the incident in particular)... and then SOMEHOW she could hop from Alice to Yukari???
doesn't it make 100x more sense that it was Yuyuko to her notable good friend who likes to visit her Yukari instead

and when I went back and read even Marisa comments on Alice's coma being odd in particular
ZUN never forgot... HE WAS SETTING THIS UP SINCE GINMOKUSEI WAS THE ARTIST!!!
