Shibuya Scramble Crossing was photographed from the same spot and the same perspective.

How do you think it will look like in 2032?

The silver lining of this garbage is that 99% of tourists will get shitfaced in Shibuya and other tourist bait garbage and leave alone the more remote places, and the locals there are mostly very kind and welcoming since you're still a fun rarity
And even in many touristy, the moment you go just slightly off path almost every tourist disappears, and you get to enjoy the place better

So while it'd be better to have no tourists at all, I'm glad most of them are incredibly retarded

It does seem like it, doesn't it? I watch travelogues on Youtube, and on two Band-Maid-related ones alone, buildings and bridges are featured that were replaced within a year of the filming.

I even got a ride to a train station from a nice man operating a rest stop at the foot of a mountain when I went there after my hike to ask when the next bus back to the station was, only for it to turn out that the buses were not running on that day. Would have been a several hours walk otherwise.
