The M60s they have are the M60a3 version, which is the most "modern" you're gonna get without physically having to change the tank. Any other upgrades would require physically altering the hull and or turrent. You could probably fit "NEW" fire control systems in there, but the M60A3 is pretty decent for a country like Brazil.

Turks were offering their new turret with the autoloader for the Brazilian M60 if Brazil buys the Tulpar/Safa IFV.
