Been on 6mg of enn subq for two and a half months. I feel like my trough is too low at 134 even if my monotherapy is suppressing right.
I added more estrogen this week and am continuing on that path, but I’m also leaking a lot of estrogen out when I inject.

Is the leaking a problem and how do I fix that? Are my levels ok or how could I minimize max further? I kinda rely on community knowledge and am just doing this totally DIY. I’ve had noticeable effects from hrt like face looking better, low bo, changes to sperm, noticeable chest development my friends have commented on etc. but I want to do more

Patience. There's not really a way to 'game' it as it takes about a decade for all your current fat cells to die and be replaced entirely. You are still replacing them all the time since they're not all made at once, but it's going to be a gradual process. Pretty much everything in transition is a gradual process. HRT? Takes about 5 years at least to 'finalize.' Hair removal? Gonna require multiple sessions over the course of months or a year. Surgery? Getting assessment and referral letters written can take a few weeks to get fully done, getting a consultation date can take upwards of half a year, and getting an actual surgical date can often be more than a year off. Recovery from surgery? Weeks to months before functional again, upwards of a year to fully heal everything.

Patience. Best thing is to let the hormones work their magic while you focus on other things in the meantime, like the social aspects, savings, and other general real life stuff. One of the hardest unsung things about this is accepting that you're just gonna have to wait a lot of the time, at least for me since I hate not being able to keep going/keep pushing for something for reasons outside of my control. I'm addicted to the grind, so I just try to turn my attention to stacking cash in the 'wait' periods between milestones.

umm i just prepare my dose, make sure there are no bubbles in the syringe, pinch somewhere the top of my thigh, carefully insert the needle all the way in and i inject.
then i slowly pull it out, let go of my skin and press the area with a tissue.

Update: I did it!!! If you struggle w/ needles, buy an autoinjector. Instead of spending over an hour psyching myself up to dart the needle in & then rushing to inject, I only had to press a button & could then slowly push the plunger down. i ordered one vial of "Estradiol Enanthate 10mL 40mg/mL" recently, and needles to use to inject it subcutaneously. the needles i ordered are "1ml 30G 13mm" insulin needles. I've been doing 5mg injections weekly and did the third one yesterday but idk if I'm putting the wrong amount into the needle. i also want to try 6mg cause I'm scared I'm not getting a good enough dose but I've noticed changes in my fat distribution already and softness + fat developing in my chest and around my nipples and mental/mood changes.
i am really bad with the math and this is confusing to me. the 1ml syringe says "1cc units" near the bottom where the plunger is and the lines are labeled 10, 20, 30, etc starting at the top near where the needle itself is. so how much should i really be injecting if i want to inject 6mg? i asked recently in a different thread and someone told me between the second and third line after the 10 and that's what I've been doing. also is 6mg too much or is 5 good enough? i noticed changes but am getting worried that it's not enough after reading stuff other people have said (like you shouldn't even be able to cum on hrt???)

my syringes say 1mL 29G and have 10, 20, 30 etc cc marks with five submarks. so i assume that means the little sub marks are like 0 2 4 6 8 -10- 12 14 16 18 -20- etc
so if you fill to between the second and third line after the ten that would be -10- 12 ~13~
the space between line 12 and 14 on mine would be the nonextent 13 which is 0.13mL*40mg/mL=5.2 mg

but you posted a picture of one with big lines ever 5 units tho https://archived.moe/lgbt/thread/42214711/#q42271592 so on that one if the picture is correct the lines are actually -10- 11 12 ~12.5~ 13
so the space inbetween 12 and 13th lines(the 2nd and 3rd after the 10) would be 12.5 units corresponding to 0.125 mL multiplied by the 40mg/mL cancel out the mLs and your left with the mg which is = 5

so if your doing between the second and third line on one with only 5 subdivisions your actually already doing 0.15 * 40 = 6mg

prog is really only measurably useful for breast roundness. u need to have a lot of breast tissue for prog to be useful.

i would weight cycle for another 6 or so months then intercut prog. not a lot of people use pio this early, so best documentation is patchy.

you probably could get really skinny and start it with prog (other people please chime in)

as for clobetasol, i've only seen it used late, but i dont have a reason why you couldn't add it soon. i wouldnt at it at the peak of a weight cycle to try to minimize stretch marks

i also havwnt researched about how the half life works and stuff, from what i know it means how long it stays in your system but i wonder if stuff like your metabolism increasing from things like caffeine makes it get processed/leave your system sooner

i also just read a reddit post of someone having a bad time with higher doses like 8mg and experiencing edema so they had to drop it to 4mg and something about dr powers and slow COMT which i think i have idk you have to do a dna test and plug it into some website but thats advanced honscience and i didn't pay much attention although i did feel better in the first two weeks than now but that might just be life and placebo and starting euphoria. i just hope im not getting some kind of rebound where T is on the ropes and fighting back.
