Dutasteride is better than Finasteride and it won't hurt to add it.

you could get a hair transplant
>>42552404
the typical dose of dutasteride is about 20% more effective than the typical dose of finasteride, but to go nuclear you have to 5x the dose of dutasteride
however you can't 5x the dose of finasteride and improve suppression of alpha-5 reductase like you can with dutasteride
doing 2.5mg Avodart everyday is so expensive you might as well just get a hair transplant instead and go on the standard dose afterwards to maintain
unless OP receded from nw1 to this despite using a standard dose of a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor at that point maybe it makes sense to go nuclear

>the typical dose of dutasteride is about 20% more effective than the typical dose of finasteride
that is 40% scalp suppression versus 50%
>but to go nuclear you have to 5x the dose of dutasteride
which increases scalp suppression to 80%
it probably makes more sense to just spend that extra money on hair transplant or 5% topical Rogaine (minoxidil)

Yes, but not fast. And with trade-offs.
If hair is your only concern, then dutasteride and minoxidil will likely fix your problem with fewer problems.

I’d worry more about those clownishly oversized glasses.
No cis woman on earth would wear shit trike that.
