the numbers are very large, the plunger is very flat and, scientifically speaking, they have a precision of 0.005 ml. kind of a bitch to draw valerate with though.

I'm not sure, my vials have a dark grey stopper which makes it much harder to see the punctures.
if I were to guess, I think your vial is fine, the rubber would've sealed, just left a visible mark.

Realistically, no. 6mg is in the "high dosage" range but still within reason.
You need to get the consistency though. Four days late constantly will delay results. You'll be fine long term, but progress is/will be slower.

Also, age and dosage.

i think its fine. mine is gray and you can sorta see a prick in a couple spots but its rubber so i think it seals anyway from elasticity its just like a scar sorta. i heard it helps prevent tears if you orient the bevel and go in at 45 then straiten out but who knows. i think you would be able to tell if you turned it upside down and it actually leaked

measurement isn't a problem, just be consistent. to remove air, I draw up some liquid, then press back into the vial. then I draw my dose. after I remove the bigger needle, I push the liquid to the tip, then attach the smaller needle, and push to the top before injecting.

you just need alcohol pads, bandaids, needles and syringes.
you want small syringes, say 1ml or even 0.5ml.
when it comes to the needles, usually it's recommended to get both thick needles to draw (say, 22G) and thin needles to inject (say, 26G). length should be 1 inch/25mm for intramuscular.
you dont need these exact gauges, some variation is fine, its just to give you an idea.

otherwise you can get insulin syringes and use the same needle for both drawing and injecting. drawing can be a bit tedious this way if your vial has a thick oil though.

You should release the air / draw by pre filling with air and then pushing into the vial, and point the needle upwards when you do so correct. Zero dead space needles are designed so that all of the solution within the needle gets injected. If they're also short (subcutaneous) needles then a negligible amount of ester will be lost.

Not sure but I think the bubbles form due to turbulence and surface tension during the draw. Pockets form if the fluid is moving quickly enough, which is why you should draw slowly.
