Can I choose a book I've already read? There are some books I'd love to forget and reread from scratch

Also, define "foreign language". I'm not an Anglo so I could consider English to be a foreign language. Does it have to be a language I don't know at all? 100 bucks sounds like a really low pay for learning an entirely new language
