>Energy is manifested by circumambulation, whatever is within the circumambulation absorbs the energy, you have to think about what you want to achieve while doing it
>You can manifest energy by rubbing your hand together and placing them around something/someone (same thing as above applies)
>Sexual fluid created whole manifesting thought contains said energy, wherever it is released, the objective will be made manifest (long section about mixing semen with drinks or lotions)
>Certain times of the day and locations affect the strength of the energy and its objective
>Whatever is created when charged with the intention to manifest, or connoting said energy to manifest, aids the manifestation of the objective (like a sigil, talisman etc.)
>Doing any of these rituals can attract demons, to avoid them do a banishing (the author recommends something from the ODO, but seems fake; do something from ur religion instead)
>You can rub hands with another person, and they can combine with breathing (one inhales when the other exhales)
>Timing breathing, thrusting etc. strengthens energy (not erratic like for pleasure)
>Before sex u can have woman sit on lap facing man, breathing in rhythm, and exchanging handrub energy, the genitals should be in contact, this can be done before or during in sexual contact to strengthen energy
>Sleep deprivation and meditation help with susceptibility
>Place goal-specific sigil/talisman in as many visible places as possible during sex
>Focus on goal during orgasm, preferable to look at the sigil/talisman too; or having sex on the sigil/talisman
>Extremely long periods of non-orgasmic sex also help transmute the energy towards the goal
