How many Scopedog variants are there and which are your favourites?

Asking "which one is your favorite?" doesn't make this any less of a request thread.

I don't think anyone could give an accurate answer as to how many there are, I was using the question as a ramp to talk about scopedogs or ATs in general.
Do you have a favourite?

Sorry for raping you jan...

There are a lot. Pixiv wiki lists 27 for the regular Scopedog alone, not counting the Strike Dog, Rabidly Dog, Burglary Dog, Calamity Dog, etc.

I dig the stripped down version from Big Battle. Ad hoc field modifications are one of the coolest things with the Scopedog, and this one leans into that more

Honestly out of the "classics" I simply like the Vanilla Scopedog the most, it just feels right, everything else like the various Dog variation, the Bloodsucker etc. always have some element that feels tacky or out of place to me, I still do like some of those like the Eldospiene which I find particularly elegant, but to me the humble Scopedog is just that good.
If you allow me a hipster pick however then I'll take the Rectionerter or however the fuck it's called from Blue Knight Berserga simply because it's so fucking alien and bizarre compared to everything else in the setting and still manages to be extremely sexy, it's kind of like the Black Sarena of VOTOMS but cooler.

Is an AT model turning into a tank - the carcinisation of VOTOMs?
>>
Hey if I just casually want to get into this series by watching a movie/show, which one should I try? I'm fine skipping around between new & old.

The first TV title held up well

Our outerversal heroes.

Last Red Shoulder.

That's how I started. It worked well enough, but in retrospect the TV series would've been a better starting point.

This is where I started. I was sold.

Massive dump truck of salt since I wasn't able to find a japanese source yet, because this sounds too good to be true.

Something from Balarant's side.
Who am I kidding it's going to be Chirico again now with that ugly kid he raised from the last novels

The third arc is pretty mid but it really picks up at the last arc. This is a hipster opinion however, the opinions I've seen say it drops off then.
>>
>>23704590
A scopedog holding a different gun counts as a scopedog variant, it's impossible to count
Like, Chirico alone has like 30 different Turbo Customs
>>
>>23704590
More variants incoming.

It will be really retro.
