Of those I have only watched X and TWfM and I have regular opinions on both. X is okay, it has cool designs and likable characters but somehow I'm failing to feel engaged by the conflict it's a bit of all over the place (to be fair I still haven't finished it yet, I'm just at the part where Garrod is starting to use the Double X fighting some gimmicky assassins and the formation of New U.N.E.), Witch is kinda similar but I really like the design and the concept of the show was refreshing it's just that the plot twist were predicable in a bad obnoxious way and the finale dropped the ball quite a bit but I'm still glad I watched it (also watched it with /a/ so I had extra fun with the emerging memes and Guel's route).

I have watched many Gundam shows and have my ups, downs and nitpicks with many but so far I haven't watched any that I decidedly don't like except for Char's Counterattack (probably my fault I jumped straight to it after watching 0079 and didn't understood a lot of stuff and the references to the Gryps War and Axis flew over my head at the time) probably should give it another chance after having watched Z, ZZ and 8th MST although I can predict I still dislike Quess' guts. Looking at her face again in this game made me remember why I didn't had a good time watching that movie.

Maybe the Reborns will be a pair with the 00 Raiser. The 00 Raiser will have the GN Sword III as stock in any version (dev tree and Limited UR), though the story version will only run a version without the Sword III moves in two stages before adding it back.

There's nothing genuinely challenging or interesting about them. They're just a chore where you depend on rng because of hit chances so even if you have the exact solution you need to restart the moment one attack misses.

Wonder when they'll introduce more way of grinding ULT dev mats of both ranks. Even at the start there wasn't enough to max out the few Ults available, and now the numbers keep increasing but the dev mats haven't nearly caught up.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking, but the story from the Pixy's origins is not playable in this game yet, though you can acquire the Pixy and the Efreet from that game in this game, though only if you're lucky in your gacha rolls.

Top row already shows that the 0 and Exis become the 00, with a second branch being all of Exia's Repair versions until it reaches the Repair II. And the 00 Raiser could end with the XN Raiser, because like I said, the GN Sword III attacks will be stock with all versions of the 00 Raiser, from the SR version in the dev tree to the Limited UR version. It could branch off to the 00 Gundam Seven Sword/G as a second SR or SSR.

Main difference between Cross Rays on Steam is the contents involved, Cross Rays has more traditional RPG like grinding and development of units, but it has a smaller pool of units and series to choose from (Though not everything from Cross Rays is in Eternal, at least at the moment). But you aren't beholden to the trappings of gacha with microtransactions, blind luck, etc.

Both are worth a shot at least, at least if you have the spare money for the one on Steam.
