I'm pretty "better" by this point, tbdesu I'm really in a better spot than I was before the crash all things considered
it saved my marriage as things were kinda frayed between us, but this got us both to really look at how we were handling things
it got the wife on-board with me hanging out with the gang on Fridays after she saw how y'all stepped up to help
now that I'm using weed for my pain management she's gone from barely tolerating it to pushing for me to get on medical now that the gas station weed's going away
I got a much greater appreciation for how much everybody is able and willing to help me with things
the old "the Lord works in mysterious ways" thing hits a lot differently when it's happened to you

that guy at my job getting the 300k of medical debt wished into the cornfield was pretty great too

but yeah, I'm cleared of all my debts, I'm driving myself again, I've got my bike back even if I'm not riding it. I've been really pushing my left arm so even if the nerve damage is there I'm stepping up all the other parts in there I can control
I can almost spooky fingers and jazz hands again, obviously important life skills
