HELLO /m/ CITY!
Winter has set in but the action is just heating up in the Winter cup! After a rough 2025, /m/ ended back in the elites and looks to regain their footing. Their start is in /trv/, another squad who's won both a babby and elite cup! Last time they met, it was a 2-2 draw. Can /m/ finally get going on all cylinders? Find out today!

Well that was certainly a match, but we won in the end and get 3 points out of it. The good news is that /trv/ was debatably our toughest opponent so now we just have /cm/ & /aco/ to deal with next weekend.

Well, a day later (it's been busy in the southern icelands of the US), and I gotta say, this was a fun match to see live! After /aco/'s big win over /cm/ is setting up Friday's match to be two heavyweight beating the shit outta one another. It's gonna be good. I hope you come back Friday and for my fellow southern US /m/en, stay safe out there and come cheer us on when you're able to!

HELLO /m/ CITY!
Last week, /m/ got off to a hot start by trouncing /trv/ on the road. Now they come how for their toughest challenge in the group, a red hot /aco/ who also put up 5 goals. Last time these 2 met, it took /m/ to the dying minutes of extra time to secure a win. A victory here could spell knockouts, a loss mean we rely on beating robo-/cm/. Can /m/ get by again? Find out SOON!

HELLO /m/ CITY!
Last time, /m/ lost a hard fought battle against an /aco/ who was more keen on keep away than playing the game. Now /m/ finds itself in a familiar situation. To advance, they must find a way to beat a /cm/ that's been a thorn in their sides for year. Both teams have a win in the series and drew twice but those draws have been costly but /m/ has the last win. Can they continue on their past victory? Find out TODAY!

To also answer this, last year the board expressed distrust in Godmars to continue his role as keeper and given that Shinji had shown improvements, there was a call to make the change. We did so. Regardless of the outcome of this cup, on our next roster update, we will include a question regarding our keepers and if one/both should be reassigned.

It's so fucking tiresome. Why does our defense always collapse in the last crucial match, or our offence decides a draw is fine. Then we have to rely on someone else to advance and we get fucked over because the team we need to lose decides to play out of their mind and the team we need to win that usually has a God decides to shit the bed.

Alright, now with some food in me I can write somewhat more coherently.
Obviously, this campaign was a massive disappointment all around. Unfortunately, we knew we had to win our first 2 games to avoid our streak of bad luck against /cm/ but we did not expect /aco/ to play keep away ball that game (I'll refrain from making further comments on that).
Sadly, there's just a list of teams that seem to have our number (looking at you /sci/) and it never fails they are our final opponents of the group. I will reiterate though that we are open to accepting testers to help us potentially crack that code.
As for now, we'll prepare for Spring. And yes, addressing the keepers will be on the docket.
One last note, before this year is over, we'll probably be referring to you guys on how we should handle the Sentai/PR slot given PR is dead and Sentai will be in stasis after next week.

>The new ones?
if that's what people suggest and vote for, I am but one humble shitposter (and I usually forget all my good ideas come poll time anyway). Realistically, it would probably be easier to find working models for older/more popular ones.
But, if people want to shitpost and lament about the new Metal Heroes burying Sentai, a player named "Sentai died for THIS" could be funny.
>>
So I know I said this would occur later in the year but seeing some comments (mainly >>23734002, >>23734914, & >>23735383) I think I have formulated the idea. The Council has approved it so I want to see what you guys think:
>Spring: This will be the Megazord's "retirement" cup.
>The next cup: Megazord is replaced by "Sentai dies for THIS!" and the player model is a Gavan Emorgear with the butt panel open.
>End of our final cup in 2026: We run a poll to determine what to do with the Sentai rep slot.
