Kamille is stronger than Fukui's OC, so Paptimus' suicide attack would probably kill Banagher. I would say that Banagher is Gundam's Kyp Durron who was a super special OC implied to be strong than Luke Skywalker, but Fukui said he was the JJ Abrams of Gundam so that makes Banagher Rey.
