Let's see, I've not even started on the chapter of "Tall Tales of the One True Queen and Her Many Children" I'd like to release this month, but that shouldn't be too hard to write. I'm managing an average of roughly 240 words a day right now, but I've taken a few days off this month, which skews this.

The next chapter of "Weighing Down by the Scale" is 2,554 words so far, and it's looking like it'll be around 4,000 by the time it's done. My story for that art pack hasn't had much work lately, since the deadline got extended again, but it's sitting at just under 7,000 words with another thousand or two to go. The third chapter of "Chaotic Conception" is currently 1,433 words, and I keep having nice ideas I want to add to it so, optimistically, it may end up a five chapter story rather than four, if I think of too much I'd like to add. I've not been able to start on either the Floor Bored or Nurse Redheart story I mentioned, but maybe next month I'll be able to get to one of them. I'm perfectly on track to get to my next commission next month, another chapter of "Chaotic Cravings" with Eris and Pinkie Pie at Sugarcube Corner.

Fluttershy responded. “Hey, Pinkie. I’m glad to see you too.” Pinkie gasped. Fluttershy was wedged in a not-quite-open-enough window above the pie. “I, um, smelled the pie and, um, um, I’m sorry. Can you help? I’m stuck.”

“Not a problem, girl!” Pinkie hopped outside. The reason for Fluttershy’s less-than-lithe form hung down, pressed against the wall. She tiphooved on a crate. “Dang girl, you sure these ain’t twins?” Pinkie snickered, and couldn’t decide which twins she meant. She grabbed Fluttershy’s tail and yanked. “Wow, you’re stuck good!” She looked for a unicorn. “Hey, Rarity’s dad! Come help me get Fluttershy’s big butt out of here!” Everypony could hear, and see, this.

Fluttershy covered her face with her hooves, uselessly.

Here's the comic from Silver Sweet's stream. He was in an Applejack kind of mood, and it came out fantastically. There's not much to say, besides it's another cute little show-accurate comic. This one didn't work well with doodles in place of text, so I just asked for a textless version instead, which I'll post later. Here's the story:

Apple Bloom, with an ear on Applejack’s belly, was interrogating the newest member of the Apple family. “Now why are you making my sister feel all sick? What’s she ever done to you, besides everything?” She was trying to get a nurse’s cutie mark.

Applejack wanted to tell her to leave, but wanted to keep her mouth closed more. Her stomach said it instead, leading Apple Bloom to another errant conclusion. “Aha! You feel sick because you haven’t eaten breakfast!” She sounded very proud of her observation. “Why not? Is he kicking your stomach something fierce? Granny said Apples learn how to buck trees before they’re even born!”

“I... haven’t... eaten,” Applejack grimaced, “because right now I just can’t stand the taste of... of... apples!”

Apple Bloom gasped along with Big McIntosh and Granny Smith in the kitchen.

Alright, I managed to write 6,393 words this month, which is below my goal. I took off a week and a day for various reasons, which dropped my average to 206 words. Regardless, this is a much higher rate of writing than I managed last year, so I just need to be a little more consistent from here on out.

I'm about a quarter of the way done with the next chapter of "Tall Tales of the One True Queen and Her Many Children" and just need to finish the last major scene and some before publishing the next chapter of "Weighing Down by the Scale" before moving on to my next commission.
