The Glimmies would reinforce each others' ambitions and they'd work together to expand their influence on a national level. Together they possibly could find a way to create equality from the other direction, by making everyone super talented at everything.

In the case that one of them has a change of heart, then that probably would lead to some kind of intervention. But Glim is smart enough to know that there must be some kind of merit to the change of heart, so one reformed Glim could easily lead to the other two being reformed. Glimmy was ambitious but not delusional, she's willing to listen to reason especially if it comes from herself.

They would never masochistically hurt each other, Glim Glam is way too empathetic for that. Even the "punishment" she doles out is just merely sitting in timeout. She's like a very strict mother. She just wants a world where everyone can be happy.

Would've been great. CMCs get into a minor altercation over their cutie marks and Glimmy sees it as a chance to preach her ideology to them. Or a filly like Rumble is having doubts and the CMCs act like the angels over one shoulder while Glimmy plays the devil on the other. Either way CMCs show how great cutie marks are and Glimmy comes away with food for thought, another crack in her beliefs.

Glimmy gives off a lot of motherly vibes, her past makes her a very empathetic pony able to easily connect with fillies, and a part of her trauma even makes her cling to her happy days as a filly. Her dynamic with the youth was sadly so underutilized, she was underused in general, but her dynamic with fillies was definitely one of the low hanging fruits that the writers could have easily done. Hasbro was way too stubborn in following their strict formula of keeping their main toyline front and center instead of thinking of creating a great story.
