That would actually look bad ass if they did internal cables, got rid of the stupid dropper post, and put on a proper aerocockpit. I realize it's not necessary and not what the customer wants, but it would look totally sick

these are cool. i dont think i will ever buy one but they are cool.

That rear "suspension" in this bike makes no sense.
It has a bearing, but this rear triangle has very little movement, but requires maintenence and is proprietary on top of that. I wouldn't want to be the second owner of one of those bikes, and that's without even comenting on the leftie's needle bearings and suspension maintenence intervals. Sign me out.

i'm noticing it's a Thing now to make suspension geometry as complicated as possible yet have incredibly short travels

i guess it's more parts to fail and faster when you slam your frame into itself going over a parking lot speed bump, and ofc all proprietary so they can charge a thousand dollars per bolt alone

its just a flexible chainstay it probably requires zero maintanece

>its just a flexible chainstay it probably requires zero maintanece
The chainstay may be flexible, yes, but the upper pivot on the top of the triangle is a bearing, which will certainly require maintence. And then you have the bullshit lefty.
>>
>>2063471
I doubt it does that much pivoting with only 30mm of travel
>>
the rear suspension idea is pretty neat, the bottom half of the seat tube is the flexible component
im surprised they didnt do a flexible chainstay, maybe this is easier to do in carbon?
aluminum flexstays are a thing, i know the scalpels use small carbon flex points but i guess if you need longer travel than that with carbon you need a bigger spring, so they did this

actually really fuckin cool the more i look at it, id like to see this design with flat bars and a longer wheelbase overall personally make for a sort of modern atb kinda thing

why the frame simply isn't weld'd or otherpence made to have one piece if it rigid ?
>>
>>2063870
Why then do not use dedicated + adjustable Spring ?
>>
>>2063924
Because that would be heavy and it's not for taking sick jumps it's for tuning out vibrations
>>
>>2063932
if weight is concern why bike so big ? smaller wheel would be lighter , lower tube is much to large, why do not simply make it out of carbon fiber + smaller ? + make it rigid your body is the suspense ?

Leaf spring is a spring

smaller wheels roll over bumps like ass
it is carbon

according to you picrel is what a gravel bike should be?
fucking retard
