Can’t have a Trump wedding there, though.

Buildings can be built in a few months. But if you're correct then President Trump will just pause elections for a few years until the ballroom is finished.

If it’s so easy to build why did the building creator quit?

They also don't cost 400m. Think of a 5 million dollar house, forget the price of the land. That is a fuck-you house 15000sq ft with indoor pool and helicopter pad. Now imagine 80 of those next to each other. A ballroom does not cost 400m, it's another grift.

Lot harder to do when you can't even agree on a blueprint.

He wants it to look exactly like the AI slop he saw to generate the blueprints so it’s going to be hard to find a competent architect who is going to sign off on it

The president can renovate or repurpose the white house. George Washington's White House didn't have a Press Briefing Room. It was a president that put a Press Briefing Room in the White House. Donald Trump is the sitting president.

Washington's house is fucking gone.
Any extreme renovations go through a committee.

The fact that it was a historical building and all modifications of ANY scale must first be approved by a specialist committee that Trump conveniently ignored while hiring some wildcat crew to knock down beautiful century-old architecture without a thought?

Wow that sure is a whole list of excuses to why they tore it down and a whole lot of no fucking blueprint beyond "We want it to include X and Y", which coincidentally is about as far as the last designer got before he quit.

They've torn down and renovated numerous parts of the WH anon. It's not that big of a deal.

Akshully, that committee is part of the executive branch and is accountable to dRumpf not the other way around.
