I like getting donated CDs when I buy a car
So far I have collected:
>Some weird egyptian music

My uncle had a receipt for some 9mm ammo and a gun safe in the trunk when he gave me back the car I sold him. (Long story not in the least bit interesting, he got divorced).

I bought my 1G Integra for $1100 from some dude that was going back to Canada or something since he finished school here (2017-18 or so, pre coof prices). He included a bunch of neat, relatively recent cassettes of some random indie bands (Sneaks/The Julie Ruin/TOPS/Porter Ray/Bonnie Prince Billy) and a Stanley ratchet/socket/nut driver set that I still use today.
I never gave them much of a listen because I've got my own cassettes of things from Hank Williams (JR + SR) to jungle drum & bass mixes but I still thought it was pretty neat since it's some relatively eclectic stuff.

nothing super interesting, but still had old registration papers in the glovebox. seemed like my barge once belonged to an old lady. looked up the address in street view and it seems to be empty fenced off land now. seems like the suburbs are expanding. lady died in 2023 it seems, saw an obituary and funeral notice for her online. Sometimes I think about getting in touch with her family.

Used to work as a car detailer when I left school. Best find ever was a wad of cash stuffed into a torn up drivers seat. It was about a weeks wages for me then.

In my 85 Celica I found a box of cheese and bacon shapes, Tool's Aenima on CD and an unopened pack of winnie blues which I forced myself to smoke out of a sense of duty.

Was it a dealer car or did you steal some poor guy's wad from a privately owned car?

My current car came with a set of motor mounts in the trunk that the car definitely needed but the old man who had it before died before he could do the job, unfortunately. At least he made it easier for me, though. RIP you 95 year old legend who took pretty good care of this old buick.

I've never bought a used car so I've never found any unexpected surprises but a week before Christmas a courier delivered a woman's vibrator to my house by mistake. I looked at the address because I'm a courier too so I thought I could deliver it and introduce myself to the horny woman who bought herself a vibrator but the address was a room number at a private youth mental health hospital. Mind = blown.

I made a CD way back in I think 2012 of the most annoying songs from the internet at the time and put it into my dad's car. He didn't know how to use the CD player in the car because he never used it. It annoyed the hell out of him until he figured out how to put the radio back on after 3 days. We sold the car and I totally forgot about that CD. I think it had the trololol song, running in the 90s, TF2 mic spam songs, that swedish DOTA song, the nyan cat song, the techno ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONG TO US, etc. Some unlucky coot has that CD now kek. Was probably thrown in the trash.

Some classical music, but he wanted the cd back, so I gave it to him.
