Some fucking electric car driving cuck keeps plugging his car into a public socket in the apartment parking lot
What should I do to mess with him? Glue the plug? cut the plug? It's technically stealing power, and the apartment has to pay for it, so it will impact our rates. I don't get free gas, why should he get free power?

The landlord was a corporate conglomerate that owned multiple apartment complexes throughout the state and the country. The manager wasn't even a dude.
I think maybe you're just crazy, what with the desire to commit a felony or some shit because you hate somebody getting something for free.

This. Take an incriminating photo, print it out with the caption "thanks for paying for my charging t. tenant in apartment X" and hang it in the hallway.
Also unplug the cord, wrap the prongs in kapton tape and plug it back in. Non-destructive and extremely annoying.

>And/or hang a note in the hallway informing all the other tennants that they're collectively footing the bill for this one guy
You'd be surprised how many faggots are fine with sponsoring other faggots. Recently saw a post on on my neighbourhood's jewbook group about some hobo stealing someones door dash. Subhumans were unironically saying it's fine because clearly he was hungry and whoever ordered the food can afford it and or should have just cooked it themselves at home.

That's how it worked in all 3 appartment buldings I lived in so far.
Everyone has their own electricity bill coming from their provider, and once a year all tennants pay a share of the building's electricity which is stuff like lights in the hallway or the garage. So if you plug an EV into some random outlet in the garage that cost would go into the shared annual bill. And that would make OP's complaint totally reasonable

that's basically what they do. my last apartment didn't have individually metered natural gas. the landlord allocated the overall cost of natural gas by using a RUBS methodology (which is legal per state law.) it takes into account how many tenants are on the lease and the square footage of the rented unit. a landlord could use the same methodology to allocate common area costs for electricity.

Because level 1 chargers are super slow.
About 3-4 miles range per hour of charging.
Unless you have something weird like a 50amp 120V plug or something.
50 mile charge overnight is abysmal.
That's why it's a humiliation ritual.

Whatever you do it has to be discreet. Do it in a way, that if there is a security camera, where you don't look weird or as if you are doing something. I would think maybe cutting the cord with some sort of razor blade taped to the bottom of your shoe, but that might only scratch the insulating. In actuality you should just send an email to the landlord or whatever and let them decide.

The only way is to calmly ask the landlord, in writing via, if the charging of EVs is being included in your shared yearly expenses. This needs to be done by an attorney so it'll cost you a couple hundred.
>What if I just text him or do it myself
Then no one gives a shit because you're a nobody. Doing it through a lawyer gets the "oh shit this isn't (or is and you're btfo) addressed in a contract and I'll legally have to defend it.
Personally, I wouldn't give a shit since you're paying for poorfags to live next to you via hud and a dude trying to save MAX $120/mo isnt going to affect you at all.

>unironically saying it's fine
Ultimate blackpill:
There are genuinely less than 200 million people on the planet who shouldn't be hung. The illegals, jews, globalists, and brown fraudsters are just the tip of the iceberg.

I don't even care about the context
EV bug people deserve to be fucked with after they singlehandedly assisted enshitifying modern cars with eco crap, CAFE, and systematically twisting the arm of ICE manufacturers.
Total EV
Sabotage
No mercy
Give em hell, they should've spent the 80k for charging infrastructure in their home/apt not rape the barely standing electrical grid because muh emissions

it's free only for the person getting it. everyone else has to pay for it.

This is what gun ownership is for.
>grab rifle
>go inna woods behind the apartment complex
>shoot windshield
>pack up, leave for a while, go eat some tendies or grocery shop or something
>come back home once all the hubbub has died down.
No one is really gonna try to trace back a bullet and match it with a rifle over a fucking windshield. And the faggot either gets the message, at the very least he will stop using your building in specific and more on to another building in the same complex.

Unplug the cable from the outlet
Cut said cable
Apply copious amounts of thin cyanoacrylate glue to the charging socket of the soulless electric transport pod while the ruined charger is still inserted. Let it drip in around the seam.

not that guy but the 120v only recharges 80% of the power I use from my commute and thats if I just come straight home and charge every second I'm not at work. A full work week is only barely viable on it and non work driving on top is out of the question without super chargers

My old landlords did that for water usage, my bill immediately went up because instead of just paying for my short showers I started paying for people who pack 4 to 6 college frat boys into a 2 bedroom 1 bath.

you should do nothing, mind your own business.
if you want to do something, buy an ev yourself and plug it into the same socket to charge so he cant. or rewire it so its 400v and he toast his car when he plug it in.
