Poland just got a new law that amidst other things, can put you in jail for going 180 km/h on an expressway (default limit 120) and 210 on a highway (default limit 140). But for you to actually go to jail, it needs to be done together with some kind of reckless driving or endangerment of others, like for example, unpredictable lane switching. So if you just go 220 during very light traffic, you'll likely just get a ticket like before.

roadside lazer/speed controls are not allowed above 80kmh (50mph for burgers) since trying to stop a speeder by jumping out in front of him at the speed speeders might do at that limit is not only suicide for the cops but a risk for everyone, so they do it by anonymous highway patrols. meaning, if there is no one behind you on a 80kmh+ road you can go flat out, just remember that anyone of the cars you pass might be a copper undercover, then again they only drive a handfull of cars and has subtle signs like being a common but fast model sedan/wagon (bmw, mb, volvo, wv) with a veird extra antenna, cheap tint on all windows and """hidden""' lights all over. plus you can search up their plates in the public vehicle registry if in doubt if you should pass them.

I have two minds about this.
First off, I hate cops and authority figures and think its crazy to arrest people just for speeding BUT I also have noticed a ton of aggressive drivers and I don't think THOSE people are going to stop unless you arrest them. But I have been on the highway where you have to go at least 90 mph to do a passing maneuver on slow trucks who aren't really willing to easily let you get past so it that's aggressive driving we are living in a dystopia. I think most people have done at least 85 passing someone and that's speeding in most zones.

I can tell you from experience there are way more ultra-aggressive drivers in the left lane who will try to run you off the road for using the left lane as a passing lane without being willing to go ULTRA FAST, than drivers misusing the passing lane to go slowly, its the exact opposite, half the people using the left lane should be arrested for being antisocial drivers who won't let other cars in
