I think if the honda badge was removed from the grillie and it had a wing that flowed with the rear body lines it'd look pretty slick and less egg like. Is it peak civic? No. Is it a good civic? Yeah I'd say so.

No other market got the 6-6 accord. Cheaper than it's Acura TL/tsx counterparts with identical interiors and similar performance to the type-s trims + better fuel economy with an engine designed to run on regular. With a close ratio six speed, VTEC v6 and double wishbones on all four corners; it's basically a fwd nsx

-In the US, our EP3 (that looks similar but is NOT the FN2) came with the K20a3 which is the "dud" K20 that doesn't have real vtec. I've had one in an RSX.
-The Type-R OP is discussing has a K20z4 which is quite good, K20a1 levels of good.
Still doesn't have wishbones, which were what made '90s Hondas great.

Clutch was done at 190000, was the original too.
I had a Type S (yes poor mans R) petrol previously managed to get 220000 out of that before a bus reversed into it and wrote it off.

I dont care what people say, I think these cars look fantastic and they actually are made with a track in mind. The are racecars.
