For me it's TKD (Tool Kit Depot).
I'm a huge fan of TKD. I wish the whole world could experience TKD, it would be a much better place.

I know what you're implying but "TKD" will only ever register as "Taekwondo" in my head.

The cheapo Pittsburgh one? They are always in stock at several HFs near me, the one that usually go oos are Icon since they only carry limited stock of Icon stuff or they get ransacked at every Icon sale they do.

HF used to be cool.
I would go back there and get a warranty exchange on a 5 year old tool cause the HS kids there didnt give a shit
now i cant return an unopened box item for their lowest sales price cause its over 45 days by a few days.
anyway, i had non stop issues with my DeWalt tools, their battery packs were overpriced and shitty. they would constantly fail right outside their 1 year warranty.
Im too poor, and I dont wrench enough to justify spending money on Milwaukee. So sold all my old DeWalt stuff for $200 on CL and replaced them all with 3x the Bauer tools and batteries.
I used up every deal I could find, and had friends and relatives come in and use their personal 20% to buy me shit.
Its been 2 years, and every single Bauer tool I bought has been better than my old DeWalt.
Ive also bought a few Atlas 80v tools for gardening. Their electric chainsaw has completely replaced my gas one.
I got a few Icon tools as a trial.
Thankfully I own a very complete set of USA made Craftsman tools. Outside some weird sockets, all my shit is USA made.
