Super Advans tri spokes, easily.

Yes buy an aluminium wheel that's heavier than a steelie that will totally pwn the elitists
>>
>>28830391
That'll also crack in half when you fail the drift into the curb.

Reps are for broke larpers who don't value long term ownership
>>

Why's it on stilts?

I generally like simple multispokes. OZ Superturismo, Speedline Turini, Ronal R8 and such.
And turbine-style stuff is pretty cool too.

A big fan of Enkei NT03s, particularly ones that aren't too dished in. The bracing ring and that bit of poke-out, beautiful.

Love those Ronal Bears.
Wheels are so car specific, there,s not one wheel that suits sverything. I'm running Wats at the moment, because they suit my car, not because they are my favorite wheels.
>>
off top of my head I'd say ah desmond Evo. best set up I've ran was mk4 Wolfsburg edition bbs' I scored on fb for 300$ and slapped them on my gti vr6

I've always liked the S71 High spoke version.
Too bad they started making Chinese versions of their USA made wheels.
>>
The enkei wheels that came on the IS500 a couple years ago looked pretty sharp

These, Te37's or of course LMGT-2's

>Desmond (Rigamaster) Evo
Based. They have become really popular on Australia's mega dollar drag GT-R's. Apparently they're the lightest. Desmond also make the Spoon SW388, which I think is the same, but with different colour and graphic.

Older Alpina wheels, like this B10.
>>
Sold this particular set after I sold the car, but it was a great design
Might get another set to go with my qv, but picrel are too skinny for 500hp
>>
>>28831774
Isn't that basically stock wheels? I like the tecnico for qv desu
>>
>>28831777
It's very close to stock pre-22 wheels, but 22 and later have some mega-gay flat dish machined face abominations
My QV is grey with dark technicos and I don't dislike them, buy that's what was available and my preference would have been a more fun color and bright wheels
>>
Anyone here import wheels from Japan? How much is shipping usually?
>>
I like the front wheel more than the rear wheel.
>>
>>28831891
If you have to ask that, you're too late. Last year was the latest you want to ask that question because the tariffs ruined the importing japanese parts game. On top of $400+ in shipping you'll have to pay an import duty too. I think it's 15%.
>>
I really like clean ones of this type. I interchangeably call the design Split-5s, 5Ys, 5Us.
They don't go well on everything though. On some cars I prefer simple straight 5- or 6-spokes.
>>
>>28830399
Unironically true if you hit a parking curbstone you're gonna rip your shit off
>>

Fuck ;-;
Wanted to get some oem+ 13" wheels for my kei.
>>
>>28831955
13" wheels are so cheap if almost doesnt matter, but you're not going to find tires for it. There's Bart decent choices for 14s

Hard to beat wogblades
>>
>>28832009
The wheels I've been looking at on yahoo auctions jp are like $65 for a set of 4. So the tariff is nothing but spending like 6x the cost of them for freight isn't worth it.
I already have tires in mind. Maybe I'll have to track down a set of wheels from an old civic or a Hyundai accent or something
