Born in West Covina. I am the youngest of three so by definition, I am not the or even an anchor baby. I haven't been hampered whatsoever in enrollment in... ...anything. I am in the Selective Service System so I can be cannon fodder. I graduated high school and was able to enroll and graduate college just fine. The only real setbacks are just the general "how to integrate into society" know-how.
